It is our belief that the consultant's role is to give 110% to helping our clients turn their visions into reality. Vision Engineering and Planning, LLC began operations in December 2007 with offices in Baltimore and Atlanta. As a small, minority owned enterprise specializing in Traffic Engineering, Transportation Planning, Urban Planning, Data Collection, and Intelligent Transportation Systems, Vision offers clients direct involvement from the principal and senior project managers, assuring projects are completed on-time and within our client's budgets. In our short history, Vision has successfully completed projects for the City of Baltimore, City of Laurel Maryland, Baltimore Metropolitan Council, Glynn County Georgia and a variety of private sector clients. The future is bright for Vision as we strive to continue to exceed our existing clients expectations while expanding our service offerings and client base throughout the Southeastern United States.
